Restaurant Catering Systems was founded by Michael Attias, former partner and operator of a restaurant that sold over $1,000,000 a year in catering out of a 104 seat Brentwood, Tennessee location. After he sold his interest in the restaurant at the end of 2006, he dedicated his resources to the creation of the first web based catering software for restaurants.
Attias, who commands $5,000 a day for consulting and speaking, is the nation's foremost authority on all things operational and marketing relating to restaurants that cater. He has conducted programs for distributor's like Sysco, US Foods and Gordon Food Service.
Michael and his articles have been featured in many national and regional restaurant publications.
